Key Definitions and Terms Used in This Document:

• Policy – the current AML policy.
  
• Platform - the Mubadil platform.
  
• User – an individual registered user of the Platform.
  
• AML — (Anti-Money Laundering) includes a set of measures aimed at combating money laundering, criminal acquisition of funds, combating terrorism financing, and financing the creation of weapons of mass destruction.
  

This document presents the Policy describing the procedures to prevent the circulation of illegal funds on the Platform.

User, by using the Platform, automatically agrees to this Policy. If a User disagrees with this Policy, they should not use the Platform.

Policy may be changed at any time at the discretion of the Administration. When the Policy is updated, the new Policy takes effect immediately after publication. User must independently track changes in the Policy only on the "Mubadil.com" website.

In order to prevent money laundering, combat terrorism financing, and financing the creation of weapons of mass destruction on the Platform, the following measures have been taken:

• transaction monitoring.
• daily withdrawal limit equivalent to 10,000 USD.

On the Platform, it is strictly prohibited to create and/or use multiple accounts by a single user. In case of identifying multiple accounts belonging to one user, known as multi-accounts, they will be suspended from service.
